Dishonesty with their contracts

Staff members dishonest. I was told a contract I was signing was for 24 months. Turns out it was for 36 months. I have been back five times. Each time I was told it had been changed to 24 months. I signed a new contract for 24 months, but not changes had been made. I am at my wits end.
