Dishonesty

I recenly renewed my contract, this was done in late July 2016. while talking to the consultant regarding my phone upgrade I chose the HAUWEI P8 LITE and was advised that my monthly instalments would be R 299.00 per month for 24 months. My July instalment went through and was R 422.20 which was my previous contract instalment amount, which I was ok with as i understood that the new instalment amount would only take effect in August. However to my surprise the instalment that went off was not R 299.00 as advised by the Vodacom Consultant in July, it was a whopping R 734.37 and returned unpaid as i had insufficent funds for a debit order of R 734.37. When i called in and enquired about why the instalment amount was so high i was advised that this is my new instalment amount whic h i feel is too high and i would never have agreed to such a high instalment for a Hauwei P8 LITE. I called in again as Vodacom tried to debit the instalment again which again returned unpaid due to insufficient funds. This is costing me money due to all these unpaid charges on my account. Also when i enquired again about this instalment amount i was advised about a HARDWARE SUBSIDY which i had no knowledge of when i renewed the contract with Vodacom. I would really like this issue to be resolved as i have called and spoken to Vodacoms employees who offer absolutley no assistance in this regard which i feel is unfair because i have not agreed to this high instalment. The consultants i have spoken to in this regard is; Mina in the accounts department at 08:57 date 06/09/2016 regarding the cancelation of the debit order as i have now decided that i will pay you via EFT to avoid Vodacom debiting my account when they feel like and the amount they feel like, i have also spoken to Sharon at 09:04 06/09/2016 who was supposed to transfer me to their contracts department to get clarity on this issue however the call "somehow" disconnected. I eventually called back and spoke to Mpho at 09:15 06/09/2016, who tried to explain the high which however did not correspont with what i was told when i enquired the first time which was 01/09/2016. He also refused to note my complaint and to log it on their system as i asked him to.

I would really like this issue to be resolved as i am unwilling to pay an instalment of R 734.37 per month for 24 months for a HAUWEI P8 LITE which i was told would cost me R 299.00 per month for 24 months.

Regards
