Dishonest Vodacom Upgrades
Very disappointed in Vodacom after being a loyal clietlnt for more than 25 years. You get **** to when upgrading over the phone and nothing is taken seriously. I will not be treated like this. The call center logs a request but you are not contacted back even after spending ages on the phone.
