Dishonest Vodacom Kolonnade

I wish I could put 0 stars because the level of service I received at Vodacom Shop Kolonnade was absolutely **********!!

I went there to transfer my numbers from my Husband's name to mine as he is in a care home and I wanted to be able to manage the line should the unthinkable happen.

I told the consultant who did not give me his name that I don't want to pay more than I already am and in fact want to pay less as I am a pensioner. After he ONLY transferred my number and Not my Husbands number he puts this Vivo phone infront of me and says I can take it, I just have to pay R150 admin fee for all the work he did. He had such a bad attitude and my poor husband who had to accompany me to sign for the transfers was so tired as he had kept us there for ages that I just took the phone Paid and left. I didn't even know I had signed any upgrade agreement as he did not explain a single thing to me before hand. A few days later I realised that he only transferred my number so I had to go back to get my Husband's number transferred as well and by then when I asked about the phone they said it was a gift Not that it was something that I had to pay for it for 3 Years! Now I am stuck with a contract which costs me more than what I wanted for longer and with a phone I DID NOT ASK FOR.

Stay as far away from Vodacom Kolonnade as possible, they are dishonest and do not care for customers.
