Dishonest Vodacom
Have a business account. My handset has been due for renewal for the past 2 years but have not seen the need to renew. Got a phone from Vodacom to discuss the upgrade to which I advised I didn't need to upgrade. Was told that they can change my package and for free, would get a free phone. I told the lady I did not need one, to which she said it was for free and no obligation. Received the handset and see I have had a reduction in my package but now have a new 2 year contract. Absolutely dishonest and devious. Have cancelled this and returned the handset.
