DISHONEST, *************, SELLING POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

I went to vodacom Centurion mall on the 15th of May 2019 to put on a screen protector for my phone which i had just bought a new screen for, when I got there I was told by one of the vodacom sales people that the silicone screen protector was by far the best of them all. I decided to go for the silicone screen protector which did not cover the edges, I asked the lady who was installing the screen protector on my phone she then assured me that my phone screen was fully protected. on the 21st of May 2019 (6 days later ) my screen was already broken. I went to the shop on the 22nd of May 2019 to relate the matter to them, they asked me if i dropped my phone which the answer was a yes to the question, then they told me it is not their problem as the screen broke because i dropped the phone, when i asked them if it was not the duty of the screen protector to protect screens from damage I was then told that the duty of the screen protector is mainly to protect the screen from scratches not cracks but my problem was that my screen broke within two weeks of installing the screen protector. i tried to argue with no success until I was referred to a gentlemen called Willie who took down my details and pleaded with me to come back after two days as his manager was not in and he was also going on study leave the following day. i went to the shop twice afterwards with no success of meeting with the manager. Willie also added on that it was not Vodacom's fault that the protector was failing but a supplier's fault, yet I was not told about the supplier when I bought the product from Vodacom Centurion. I have since been waiting for their call since I left my details on the 22nd of May 2019. Vodacom Centurion mall is very dishonest and do not care about their customers. not only they are ************* but they are also bad in customer service. They sell bad quality products people should be very careful when dealing with them
