Dishonest telemarketer
On the 8th of August 2023, a telemarketer of Vodacom phoned me. She stated that Vodacom wants to give me a laptop for free since I am a customer for 20 years. I asked her 3 times if there will be any additional costs. She sated that that there will be no extra costs. I did 4 follow ups and was given reference no stating that I will receive feedback within 2 working days. Ref no RC***. To date no feedback was received from Vodacom. I am paying for this laptop R739.99 per month and was downgraded to 5 gig per month. I just need feedback from Vodacom on why I was mislead and being **** to. Contact no: ***. Contract cell no: ***.
