Dishonest services

<p>My Vodacom contract number got removed from the Vodacom network September las year for short payments on my account due to the fact that I never receive my statements. I reactivated my contract this year a few months ago so that I at least have the data and airtime to use that I pay for anyhow. My original contract was supposed to end of May. I went in store (Bloemfontein waterfront mall) to reactivate my contract. In store the lady assisting me reassured me that my contract will not be extended. So I agreed to reactivate my contract. Aver the re activation I phoned to inquire about the new contract package I noted. The customer care agent told me I’m on a month to month contract I can end my contract at any time. When I phoned again to cancel my contract I was informed that my contract was extended to December 2016. Now I should still pay the contract and the devise till end of the year after I was reassured that my contract will not be extended. That is dishonesty and ********** way to do business!</p>
