Dishonest service provider

I upgraded my contract with Vodacom the 10th September. I took the Honor 200 lite and was told that it comes with a free watch, calls are recorded and I agreed to the terms. Strange that when you guys delivered, I only received a phone and there was no smart watch at all. I called voda to check and eas told there was never a watch. What happened to the watch that was part of my package with you guys? Why do you lie to clients.
