Dishonest, not knowing how there system works

Kurtis in his own word said on the 4 May 2020 at 13:45 that the 2 iphones of which only one was faulty will be collected and Replace. Today the 8 May 2020 he gets other people to phone because he cannot own up to what was said. You should have recordings of all calls so please listen to what was said. ME The devices fall under OBF. The one phone had a black screen when it was switched on after it was received from online as a new contract. Both phones had to be send back to be replaced as per Kurtis. Today we get a different story. It is brand new phone that was supposed to be swapped out. The one phone did not have any issue but according to your system both phones had to be send back because it was a 2 phone deal. He needs to sort his situation out. He committed to replacing the phone so he needs to do it Replaybthe calls I gave you time and date. He needs to sort this out TODAY

VODACOM Can you confirm if the device was returned or collected?

ME The devices was collected on Monday and already received on your side. Please dont also give me the run around. I need this sorted

ME If you phone him he is always busy. I am fed up and tired of people promising and not delevering Now he is only back on Monday and I CANNOT wait till Monday. He never returns called How was he ever granted the opportunity to be a team leader. Every time you phone he will call back in 10 minutes which never happens

ME So here is the thing. No one comes back with feedback. With the calls I made on my own I was told to cancel the contract and there will be no problem getting a new contract. The people that confirms this is Bingani, Aubrey and Lynette not mentioning the person that started this mess Kurtis Green. Now I am told that I must reapply in 3 Months. I WAS JUST APPROVED, YOU GAVE ME FAULTY PHONES. WHY MUST I WAIT 3 MONTHS. YOU ALREADY CHARGED FOR CONTRACT THAT I CAN NOT USE. THIS CONTRACT MUST BE SORTED OUT TODAY. NOT TOMORROW TODAY. DON'T TELL ME YOUR SALES TEAM WILL CONTACT ME BECAUSE THEY DONT.

ME I WANT MY RAM DISPATCH NUMBER BEFORE 3 TO TRACK MY PHONES. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE

ME I need answers and don't come back tomorrow. I need answers now. It is more than a week later. Kurtis needs to be delt with. Bongani said he cancelled the contract and it is was not done. Everybody that deals with this makes promises and does not do anything, they just delay everything. 9 DAYS LATER AND I AM NOWHERE CLOSER THAN I WAS WHEN *********** KURTIS SAID IT WAS SORTED ON THE 4 MAY. I want my phones delivered tomorrow not the next day TOMORROW.
