DISHONEST, GREEDY VODACOM
My brother's contract problem continues despite having e-mails promising a refund. He did get some but they also deducted fees for July - the contract ended in February so nothing has been solved. An agent was supposed to get hold of me shortly. So far nothing has happened. NEVER, EVER USE VODACOM. It is actually a greedy money making company and I would advise everyone to give them a miss. 03 Aug 2020, 18:05This is to say I first contacted HelloPeter on the 13th July, it is now the 3rd of August and Vodacom have not fulfilled the promises they made on e-mail. How does ANYONE still use this company. Simply furious Lorna Dovey
