dishonest consultant

how pathetic i did an online application for the hauwie p20 lite, the consultant Jared then called me from vodacoms sales team and then did all his checks and 10 minutes later calls me and tells me that my application was successfull i called today which is 4 days later then another consultant tells me that my application was cancelled by jared....... Jared told me that my application was successfull so i need to know what vodacom will do to make this a reality as i have called them 4 times today and for some odd reason whenever i call then both Jared and his manager is not at there desks.
