DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE
Sales agent **** on call that I would receive a device for FREE as part of a special! Now I am being charged for the device - this is so wrong and shocking! Spoke to a Customer care agent and he told me that they do that just to get a sale! - absolute disgrace! i have been a VODACOM client for 25 years !!
