Dishonest and *************

My phone, which is on a Vodacom contract is locked since about the 15th of January 2017. It's funny really as I did not receive ANY notifications about my account being in arrears! On Wednesday morning, the 1st of February, I made a payment of R340 on my account. Later that day I receive an sms telling me that my account is STILL in arrears with R337... So I made ANOTHER payment of R340. My phone doesn't get unlocked, so I phoned Vodacom 3 times that day only to hear that they can't help me.

Today is the 4th of February. I phoned Vodacom this morning only for them to tell me to phone "Collection Services". I did so - they can't help. My dad phoned them 5 times himself, they don't help. So then I went to the Vodacom shop and the guy helping me tells me that only ONE payment is reflecting on my account, and that I am STILL in arrears with R337!!! I told him I made TWO payments on Wednesday and yet he "can't help", and suggests I phone "Collection Services". I did so - AGAIN, and the guy on the line also tells me my account is STILL in arrears!!! After explaining myself a couple of times he suddenly sees the two payments made and tells me that the line would be unlocked in 2 or 3 hours. PLUS he says that one payment was not made in JULY 2016! That is why I suddenly had to make 2 payments!! Strange, because as far as I know - as soon as ONE payment is late one's line gets suspended, so how am I now paying after 6 months? I also asked for this invoice and never received it...

This was at about 11:30 am today. The time is now 23:40 pm!!! I tried calling Vodacom twice again this afternoon just to get no answer. I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS SOON AS I CAN! Vodacom SUCKS!! Worst SP EVER!!
