Dishonest and *****ulent business conduct

I was contacted by a Vodacom representative, telling me that due to the number of contracts I have and duration I have been with Vodacom, they have decided to reduce all my fees. After assuring me several times that there will be no change in the duration of these contracts and that the fees will be reduced, my fees have all increased by 20% - 25%.

This is ridiculous and dishonest business conduct!
