Dishonest and *********** Customer Agents

I have been with Vodacom for years but to my disappointment they are nolonger taking good care of their customers they hiring *********** people who only run after sales and not our best interest. I was called by an agent promising me a better offer for an upgrade from what i currently have since my contracts were ending but to my surprise came month end all my contracts were upgraded even the ones that are still active. I logged calls and all my calls were closed without me getting feedback. I want a copy of my recording. I need all those closed and cancelled with immediate effect because I am not going to pay for a service I am not happy with.
