Poor and disgusting service from contract support , I called to query a cancellation was told by a lady name Lesego she does not have access to the old system after I was transferred from a prior consultant who said the same thing. I request to speak to a team lead then was told they in a meeting, leaving my contact details for the team lead to contact me but was then later contacted by a ride and unprofessional consultant named Given who was refusing to listen to me and refused to transfer me to a team lead and dropped the call
