Disgusting work ethic

I took in my phone (iPhone 6) for repairs when the screen was cracked to Vodacom Westgate which was sent to Vodacom Alisom repairs. The phone was in good working condition apart from the cracked screen. When I got the phone back it would not switch on and I thought it was probably because the battery was flat. The phone would not charge or switch on. I took it back to Vodacom Westgate and explained what the issue was. The phone was returned to Alisom Repairs and they gave me a quote of R5000 to fix the phone - after I paid R2300 for the screen repair. I Explained that my phone was in working fine before it went in for screen repairs and the lady I spoke to said she'll speak to her manager. I've been calling Alisom Repairs and every consultant I speak to tells me that they need to speak to their manager and they will call me back, I have not received any call back from anyone. Its been months now without my phone and I want it back in the same working condition it was in before it was in the care and custody of Vodacom.
