Disgusting Vodacom Service

Vodacom in our area has a technical problem. We call the call center, are given ref no's and that is where it ends. We have little on no reception since November 2020. We are unable to make calls, use our data, alarms are not working, businesses are also suffering. Vodacom does not respond or even bother to look into our problems. We have to keep paying accounts and get nothing for our money. I call this disgusting service.
