Disgusting Vodacom service

I have never experienced such absolute blatant disregard towards resolving an issue. It has now been a full year that vodacom cannot resolve my complaints. They have put a business number into a Pre paid channel and now we cannot use this number. We have to load airtime on a Vodacom contract number. Yet they continue billing as per normal. Numerous calls later and still no manager or anyone returning my call regarding this YEARS issue. I cannot wait to get all my number away from vodacom.
