Disgusting Vodacom repair service

<p>On the 1st of February 2017 I went to WestGate shopping center to go book my cellphone for repairs. On the same day it was sent to the nearest repair service outlet at Vodacom Repair service in Menlynn. It was then sent to Vodacom Repair service in Allisom . Vodacom informed me that my old device was beyond repair and they would send me a new device which I have paid for. On the 23 February 2017 my cellphone was ready to be collected at Vodacom WestGate. The issue is that they've given me a new device but the original back cover and battery was not given back to me. It's been a whole month and still no response. Vodacom WestGate shopping center only tells me hogwash that my cover and battery haven't arrived. I'm sick and tired of waiting and I want my cellphone cover and battery back to me or fully replaced as soon as possible. Failure to do so will make me retaliate to go against you for breaking your customer service policy. I will NOT TAKE ACCEPT ANY NONSENSE FROM YOU GUYS ANYMORE!</p>
