Disgusting Vodacom mxm

have a sony xperia Z1 compact or should I say had, phone stopped working properly 3 months after I got it and sent it for repairs on the warranty well received feedback liquid damage and I thought the phone is suppose to be water proof well to top it off the phone was more broken when I got it back looked extremely old as if my screen and cover was swapped my flash is broken and where they opened the phone it no longer closes so is that the kind of service Vodacom gives extremely pathetic for such an expensive phone mxm
