Disgusting, very very very bad service Vodacom

Vodacom used to be the best network in the country now they are slowly becoming the worst,

I have reported this issue more than 3 times now and it seems they can't fix it or their technicians can't do their job,

It's been a week now we can't make calls ,receive calls , connect to the internet, I have to drive about 5 kilometers away from my house or area of residence to make calls,

I'm a business man and my phone has to be on 24hrs to make and receive calls and connect to the internet, my wife is a doctor and head of the hospital where we stay and they can't reach her at the hospital, I'm loosing customers and money because of Vodacom,

I've been with Vodacom for more than 15 years and now I think it's time to change networks.

Very very very bad service shame .

You won't be able to reach me Vodacom because of your poor service and no signal I'm now driving back to my house.

I live in the Eastern Cape in a small town called Whittlesea and the nearest land mark to my house is Hewu Hospital.

Check your records I have reported this issue many times.
