DISGUSTING TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON MY PHONE AT VODACOM VODAWORLD

Went to Vodaworld to hand in my phone as my device was overheating and making a small sound. The device is still within its standard 1 year warranty which they never asked if it was. The phone has minor scratches and a small dent on the one corner. I get told I need to pay as my warranty is voided because of this. They send me pictures of the phone after I complained and the phone has a massive crack in the back where the battery sits, which was never there like someone forced the phone open and physically damaged my battery. The battery is a built in battery which cannot be removed so why was this tampered with. I was called by a lady called Kerisha who is actually very rude and abrupt and did not want to listen to what I had to say. She tells me I either accept this quote or the device will get sent back to me un repaired. I refuse for my phone to come back with the massive crack in the back which I refuse to accept as Vodacom damaged my phone to this extent. I have been a customer of Vodacom for many years, go back on my records and see how many talking point phones I collected over the years. When I told her I won't accept this she rudely tells me that she will now take it off warranty. Is she what you call customer care. Well you should re look at this because if she speaks to your customers like this then you guys have a problem. Just for the record when I booked my phone in to repairs the phone was opened in presence of me by your service hand. She did not report or notate that the battery was cracked on the report because it was not. I am a pensioner and how do you expect me to pay R841 for something that Vodacom damaged.
