Disgusting services provider, wouldn't recommend.

Multiple issues with Vodacom. 1. No signal available in areas of Fourways. 2. Cancellation department is *****ulent and misleads customers (I attempted to cancel my numbers and the department Upgraded them instead). They refuse to refund me for this month and say I have to cancel next month and pay a fee. When I phone in to rectify the issue the representatives cut the call continuously. Absolutely pathetic.
