Disgusting services
Vodacom has the worst service ever , i would not recommend anyone to take up anything with them , they have inconvenienced me for 2 weeks , they were able to debit their monthly fee for the router i took from them , i have called and called and went to their store and no one is willing to help me , i dont have any wifi connection and its an inconvenience as my daughter uses it for her studies , i am very disappointed and disgusted by this as noe they are advising me i do not have coverage but when i took the router that is the 1st thing that was checked , but now i am told that is the reason , i want my money reversed and cost of mebgoing up and down trying to resolve this and no one is willing to help .

17 Feb 2024, 08:43Even now my router problem is not resolved. I send for repairs on 2024-02-03 no respond no one is call me or sending any sms about the progress of the router. The staff at Gateway vodacom repairs are so rude Nkosinathi Shezi did not even care that i have a problem. When i call them on the 14 -02-2024 they just told me that i need to waiting. It been 2 months i have the problem with the router and they no ashamed to debit me the full amount. Im so disgusting about they services.
