Disgusting service: Vodacom Stone Towers

Firstly the shop doesn't swipe transactions under R200. I was told the machine doesn't take transactions under that amount. I don't know if theres machines programmed like that. Secondly, the attendant left me standing there waiting to be assisted, he went to lunch without saying anything about handing me over to his colleagues. The colleague assists, i ask whats the complaints procedure. He tells me he doesn't know. Asked for the manager, waited to over 5 minutes and the manager never came. Their service is pathetic nje
