Disgusting service Vodacom Scottburgh

Terrible service from the Scottburgh Vodacom Branch. I recently bought a Samsung from Vodacom Scottburgh on a business contract, the phone drops about 80 percent of its calls. The staff of Vodacom Scottburgh are rude and unwilling to assist, the just say Vodacom does not work in the area !!! I would like to know how they can sell me a vodacom contract if it doesn't work in the area ???. Please could someone from Vodacom head office contact me urgently in order to cancel this contract
