Disgusting service-Vodacom is a terrible service provider

How disgusting is Vodacom! First they charge me a data charge of R2700, but cant tell me where the charges went, I have logged multiple calls and their tech team only send me an amount and no further information - I get called by the collection team(Even worse service) by 2 different people and have the worst attitude - Now they want to shut down my line, even though I have been a customer for 10years with no faults before and they wont even help me with the issues and ou get the worst amount of attitude from them. The last call I just got is that, he wont help and my phone will be locked and I must follow up! I will never use Vodacom again!!!!
