Disgusting service Vodacom
We have received absolutely disgusting customer service from Vodacom. The call centre cannot help, the local branches cannot help.... My husband blocked his phone 8 days ago and was told he could easily unblock it, max 24 hrs.... We sent the request in 6 days ago and still he has limited service and CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS... so much for 24hrs....after being a loyal customer for over 25 years he is going to port his number because NOBODY SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP HIM
