Disgusting service, stay away from Vodacom

Stay away from Vodacom!!! Disgusting service, I have contacted the cancellations team 5 times to give notice for cancellation, they will go so far as to manipulate and trick you into taking another plan. My bill is now higher, a WhatsApp ticket / bundle has been added on!!! Something I did not need it want!!! I sent emails to their so called customer care and still no response nor resolution. Retention and lying to a client to trap them and make them pay for products / services they do not need are vastly different.
