Disgusting Service- Just about had it

Again, appalling service from this 'leading' service provider.<br> I want my contract terminated, I have had countless problems with Vodacom to a point where I have 0 interest anymore. The inconvenience, the annoyance brought on by this company and it's poor service has been beyond disgusting. <br> <br> The call center agents are clueless and know nothing about query resolution. Munier who I suppose is from the escalations department has also failed me in this regard. I am being made to pay for a contract I cancelled a month ago.
