Disgusting service from Vodacom Pinelands

I would like to express my utter disgust in the service I received from a Vodacom consultant at the Howard Centre Mall Pinelands branch yesterday.

I would like the lack of respect and the incompetence of the service in this store addressed and made known to others that this kind of service is not be accepted.

I went to the store with my mom to do her upgrade and Mandi Nagel was the worst Customer service consultant i have EVER come across! Whatever question we asked her response was I DONT KNOW! When asking what phones we could upgrade to WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY IN she once agian said she doesnt know and when realising she actually needed to do her job she advised oh we can get any phone so when asking for the samsung S7 she advised we had to pay pay in! REALLY!!! not what we asked for... Then i asked what about the S6 she said we would have to pay in for that as well! So i though maybe she didnt understand my original question which i said like TWICE! during this whole agenising process she sat with her elbow on her leg and fingers clamped in a fist! When i asked again WHAT PHONES CAN WE UPGRADE TO ON THE PACKAGE WE ARE CURRENTLY ON she began to mumble the options as though she was irritaed! That was the final straw and i told her that was it and i did not want her assistance and that she does not want to help us.. Think she didnt expect me to notice the poor service she was giving that she actually wasnt interetsed in helping us! My Mother told me not to get upset and as i looked at my mother Mandi then made her eyes big thinking i never saw and when I confronted her about this her response was she was looking at the screen... Please im not stupid nor blind.. My Mother then asked her if she was in our shoes would she have accepted the service she was giving and her response was no! We then left the store and she did not even apologise! Excuse my igorance for not know the package deals and what offfers are available for upgrades but i mean isnt this why customers come to the store for assistance? We stood in the line for 25 minutes enough to make anyone irriated but both myself and my mom greeted her with a smile! What makes me even more upset is the lack of respect she had she should not be in the customer service industry!

We left the store unhappy and without the upgrade! The manager in the store Petro did not even bother to approach us and find out what the problem is or what was going on, even when I went back into the store to get the correct spelling of Mandi name she did not ask me nor apologise!
