Disgusting service from Vodacom Fibre and Evotel

We were clients of Evotel and were forced to switch over to Vodacom Fibre as we still have an existing contract with Evotel. We signed all the paperwork way in advance and was eventually given an installation date. Vodacom Fibre came through on 22/09/2017 and then reported that the job couldn't be done as they were waiting on Evotel to attend to certain tasks. Scheduled another appointment for 29/09/2017. Installation was done and up and running for 3 days. We have been off-line on Vodacom Fibre since 3 October. I reported the issue and are now being between the bottle and the label being Vodacom Fibre & Evotel. They were there yesterday and said they will return this morning. This morning nobody arrives and after phoning are being told there is a problem with the router and they are waiting for stock. Cannot give me an ETA at all. In the interim, we must just wait. I have made various follow ups and various threats and nothing seems to work. Evotel washing their hands as they have sold to Vodacom Fibre and Vodacom Fibre blaming Evotel as apparently parts are to be done by Evotel. So sick and tired of both of them. And now we are also involved with a third company being The Universal Projects who apparently only deals with the installation. Regards Joey

Dear Team. Thank you very much for sorting my problem out Oscar. Appreciate your determination to get to the cause of the problem. Thank you Adriaan Klopper for the follow-up call this morning. Please remember my credit promised for the days being off-line. It is just sad that one has to report companies prior to having problems sorted.
