Disgusting service from Vodacom

Good day I have had a query for a full year and Vodacom refuses to sort the matter out.

My husband and I have been calling almost everyday to resolve the matter, been promised the matter is sorted but its not, holding on for up to 25 minutes then get cut off, team leader Christopher making empty promises to resoove matter and call back but never does, request to speak to another manager only to be told THAT THEY DONT TAKE CALLS!!!!!! My nr have now been blocked.

I am disgusted in such HORRIFIC service from such a big company. I want immediate feedback. I have already taken the matter to the media as well as the ombudsman.
