Disgusting service from vodacom

I'm so disappointed with vodacom service! It is pathetic! I had a problem with an offer that they had given me and the hello Peter team had contacted me and said a consultant would phone me yet I'm still waiting for that call & they had closed the case as if I'm all satisfied when I'm not. I haven't even given them permission to close it!! Disgusted by their service!
