Disgusting service from vodacom

I have been a vodacom client for 30years, I was retrenched and skipped 2 payments they then disconnected my phone after I emailed all the retrench forms, they kept calling andi said I would pay when I get unemployment money, they now have handed me over to the lawyers for a amount of R1449 even though my contract had expired end of October 2020 they won't helpful, very rude and not considerate.
