DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I recently ordered a Tablet via the call centre. Waited over 7 days for delivery and nothing was done. I called the customer care and was told they will assist and they have spoken to the courier team to deliver. And now I was told that the contract was cancelled and the parcel sent back to the warehouse. What nonsense is this??? Absolute pathetic service from Vodacom with this. I will cancel the contract completely and make sure everyone else i know who use this service provider will cancel as well.
