Disgusting service from vodacom

Hi..I am Kathija Shumsuddeen..I have expressed my complaints numerous times about vodacom and now I am fed up, thick of vodacom..I have 2 contracts with vodacom, the first number is *** which im paying R1131 as agreed upon and the second number is *** which I'm supposed to pay R349 as it was a black Friday special but when I received bill for the *** number I noticed my bill is R907.99 which is not the correct bill,in my statement it says I received as handset for the *** number which I did not receive and they are charging me for something I did not receive..I'm fed up and angry with vodacom as I called numerous times to rectify this matter..all the consultants say they logging a case and it will be resolved and.as usual it has not been resolved..vodacom consultants are useless and inefficient. I'm an excellent customer with a good credit record and vodacom always sending me sms saying I'm owing them money. I have upgraded the *** number over the phone with a consultant ,my calls are recorded and it was clearly mentioned that my contract will be R349 but they are charging me around R1000 normal.price..this is misleading and ***** on behalf of vodacom..vodacom had given me numerous problems previously and I have complained many times..they don't seem to.assist...my statement are not.updated,it still Shoes I'm in arrears when I am not. I am taking legal action against vodacom as I'm fed calling the many times and all they do is make false promises and mislead clients to take out contracts on special and when it comes to payments then they charge us full prices. I will sue them for the misleading information and stress and anxiety caused by them.i am a working woman and cannot sit for hours with vodacom on the phone. I want this Matter resolved as soon as possible and my vodacom statement must be rectified to R1131 + R349 as per contract. Vodacom can be heavily sued for this type of pathetic services and *****.
