Disgusting service from Vodacom

I am very disappointed with Vodacom,I have been with them for the past 10yrs.

Since 2 or 3 weeks back I cannot make calls or send smses,I called their customer care line but they could not fix the problem and said they would log an enquiry with a technician and I would receive a call from them after they are done with my problem.

I never received any call from them again,they only sent an sms saying all my problems have been resolved and my quiery has been closed.

But still I cannot make calls or send messages. I went to a Vodacom shop twice they also could not help me they just told me to go home and wait 24hrs and hope the problem will go away but problem is still there.

I am thinking of leaving Vodacom now because of this disgusting service, I over R1000 a month and this is the thanks I get.
