Disgusting Service from Vodacom
I have cancelled my Fibre with Vodacom and served my notice which ended on 31 July. Since the 1 Aug I have been trying to get the ONT released and even after numerous daily calls nobody is able to resolve my issue. Managers are uncontactable and donot return calls, very frustrating being a Vodacom customer as service is non-existent in this company.
