Disgusting service from vodacom!!!

<p>I signed up a cell phone contract with vodacom and that was THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! the service they give 2 their customers is shockingly disgusting,from consultants to team leaders from customer care to their account queries dept im still shocked they hang up calls on clients after holding for more than 20min ,you complain to team leaders who will never give you feedback,THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!!I REFUSE TO SUPPORT THIS KIND OF NETWORK WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY,I REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS AND TREAT YOU LIKE THEY ARE THE ONE'S DOING YOU A FAVOUR,I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND DON'T ADVICE ANY CUSTOMER TO SIGN UP FOR ANY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM ,THEY WILL REGRET IT!!!</p>
