Disgusting service from vodacom

I made a purchase on vodacom website as a guest user my money was deducted and I received the email confirmation with my order number however I'm unable to track my order says order does not exist, I have called multiple times none of the agents are helpful I keep being referred to different departments. They don't respond to my emails.. The fact that the money was deducted but no validation of my order is insane I honestly don't know what to do or do i just make peace that I lots my money. Very frustrating.
