Disgusting service from Vodacom

I've reported an harassment and ******ion to Vodacom customer care . Considering the amount of money I spend for data and airtime they prove that they don't give a **** and a damn considering the threats I was told by them to open a case at the police station and let the police handle the matter. What I fail to understand is Vodacom is the service provider not the police so why should I do that? This goes to show there lack of service and how they value there customers.
