Disgusting service from Vodacom

I have had such bad service with Vodacom. All the follow up was made that someone will contact me and make the changes on my fibre package but no one has bothered to do so. All you do is just deduct the money from my account and no reimbur*****t. Please terminate this contract anx refund me what is due. I have been going up and down with no resolution.
