Disgusting Service! Ever!!!!

Can somebody please assist me!!!!!! I'm so frausted right now I'm about to lose my mind!!! Can somebody call me on the number ***. I've been blocked from calling your useless customer care. This is regarding my upgrade and the parcel that's been returned 5 times due to different stories I'm getting from the courier guys everytime they suppose to deliver my order!! I've had enough ok, enough!!! I just wanna change the address on the statements I'm getting from you to a new one. I can't call your useless customer care regardless which different Voda SIM I'm calling from.. Can somebody HELP ME PLEASE!! Your service is so bad guys, I've never seen anything like this OMG!!! Shocking.. Will never advice anyone to get a contract with you guys.. NEVER!!!!
