Disgusting service dealing with Involuntary subscriptions.

I am appalled at the service offered by Vodacom. After 3 different phone calls suggesting solutions to involuntary subscriptions, after sending STOP to 31050, failing to unsubscribe via the *111# option as well as aiming to unsubscribe via the Vodacom browser. All were useless attempts as R44 airtime was depleted within 3 days. Unacceptable. Never mind on my Vodacom itemised billing, its listed as Online content and Content Vodafone live! Making it appear that I subscribed to these things. I think its pathetic that in this day and age personal information is given out so freely and an inquiry needs to be made by Vodacom to stop involuntary subscriptions via browsers. The individuals as part of Vodacom Customer Care failed twice to remove my involuntary subscription, simply letting my airtime disappear and suggesting I let it fully deplete before unsubscribing. Yes, I am going to let R150 airtime, that I have paid for be ****** from me without my permission. Disgusting.
