Disgusting service!!!!

I have never experienced worse customer service from any provider in my entire life. I have spent at least 6 hours on calls to vodacom to try assist with my query and i get transferred from one person to the next, the agents dont allow you to finish your story and just say please hold then they cut the call. No one seems to know what they are doing and you cant speak to any senior, the consultants say they cant assist and they refuse to give you their name!!!!!!

I have had an account with Vodacom for more than 12 years and would like to cancel my account.
