Disgusting Service at Vodacom Shop Galaria

Visited Vodacom shop, Galleria. The worst service I have experienced, No customer numbers can be issued to clients. Their machine is out of order . Staff unaware that paper and pens do still, and can be used to issue clients with numbers . By far the most enefficient, unhelpful and outside rude staff. Manager unavailable as she is "Very Busy".. clients are not allowed to have the managers name, nor entitled to have her number.. This shop does not only tarnish Vodacoms reputation. My opinion is that this shop is out to destroy Vodacoms reputation
