Disgusting service and techinical levels of service!

For the past few weeks Vodacom's signal has been atrocious and intermittent. There is never a notification on their My Vodacom website nor on their phone in help line! the countrywide issues simply do not exist!

I spent most of yesterday trying to conduct a few discussions on social media but reception was bad and erratic, I gave up. Today was even worse!

After phoning Vodacom today three times, I am thoroughly disgusted with the level of training and lack of professionalism from their call center staff. Each time I called the call was dropped the moment I asked about the signal issues! Disgusting! They clearly had no answers or had been savaged one time too many by a countrywide deluge of similar calls!

At 8pm signal seems to have been miraculously restored to my area and here I is! Then , speaking to my countrywide social media contacts most have had similar experiences whether it was in Bloem, CT, Durbs or PE.

If Vodcacom Engineering is deliberately stuffing things up in daylight hours as they forcefully migrate all to 5G, they are doing a good job of it.

Most of my friends and, indeed, myself, have lost considerable data but these twits will never refund you. It is all put down to some magical mystery issue for which they could never be responsible for, just as in the past! It is about time that they realise that the Engineers can monitor tower performance milli-second by milli-second so they have NO excuse for not letting customer service know what is happening. Disgusting Vodacom!

How about addressing the real issue instead of fudging over it?

It never ceases to amaze me that Vodacom Customer Care closes logged calls as quickly as possible so their stats look good. Although the signal and availability has improved, it is still not good and still intermittent but you never asked me!

The general rule is that a call is closed when both sides agree it is resolved.

The stupidity of unilaterally closing Calls is reflective of badly trained call center agents and general attitude to customer satisfaction.
